State Football !!!

Baby James wasn't too impressed with all the noise and yelling. Grandma finally got him to go to sleep for a little while. The "Grandma" touch. It was pretty loud and he was pretty tired. He was so good though. I loved bonding with him, even more than the game.
It turned out to be a beautiful day. It was sweater weather and sunny. Too sunny. We were in the glare all day. James is recovering from the chicken pox.

I don't think James understood what all the noise and fuss was about. Everytime Grandpa yelled at the little men running around in the striped shirts, James started to cry.

This is dear son hanging out with his friends. He got annoyed with me taking his picture and threw his spirit "rag" at me. We've enjoyed taking some road trips with dear son lately. He has stomach issues and the trips can get a little "smelly" sometimes. Fortunately it wasn't too cold to roll down the windows.

The sun was really annoying. I can't imagine what it must have been like for the football players, or for people without shades.

This is dear niece "Dani" amost didn't recognize her with the new short haircut. She's attending college now, but once a Kanab Cowboy always a Kanab Cowboy. It was fun to see her.

The Cowboys were ahead going into half time. Unfortunately they couldn't get it together in the second half and ended up losing 22-12. It was pretty dissappointing for them. They were really expected to win. Next year dear son says he's going to play. We'll be back.

Dear Daughter and Dear Grandson enjoyed catching up with old friends and family. Kanab Cowboy fans are forever. A true fan will travel any distance to support the team.

Dear nephew and his wife enjoy a minute with dear daughter and James. I just noticed James is wearing the wrong color. I guess we need to get him a red hoody. Of course he is dressed for BYU. BYU did win their game yesterday. Next week BYU takes on UTAH. Big game. GO BYU!!!!!! It was fun to get away for a day, even if we didn't win.
