In my top ten list of reasons that it was a good thing that my son met and married his wife Emily, Is that fact that he got a package deal. Emily came to him with a beautiful daughter named Darian Jasmine, or as I lovingly call her "Dairy Queen".
I can't believe how she has grown. She was a little 11 year old when we met her. Now she's a young lady of 15. She's pretty typical for a teenager on the outside. She loves makeup, her cell phone, goofing off with her friends. But she's also a talented musician, an excellent student, she loves to read, and she is an obedient daughter of god. She's one of those really "good" kids we don't hear about so often these days.
I love you Dairy Queen ! I'm so glad your a part of our family. I'm sorry this is late, Christmas and all that. But, I didn't want you to think I forgot you. You are unforgettable !
