Well, the Chuckwagon Classic was a success. Beaver won, with Manti coming in Second, and the Cowboys coming in third. We struggled against Manti in the first game. Fredonia was our first game on Saturday morning. Coach started the JV, but they got behind and he had to put in the heavy hitters. We ended up winning. For some reason dear son didn't play at all that game. Coach warned him he might pitch, but I don't think we got far enough ahead for him to go in. Our last game was again South Sevier, Dear son got three good hits, and scored twice. The whole team came in with a great attitude and we won 10 -0, giving us third place in the tourney.Today we play Milford and tomorrow the team travels to Beaver. The tournament was the best I've been too in three years of doing this. They had more teams and instead of doing a dinner on Friday night they had concessions, hamburgers, hotdogs, even ribs.....I think everyone enjoyed themselves. I know I did. Can't wait for next year. I wish I could travel to Beaver tomorrow, but were pinching pennies and I'd have to find a babysitter for the girls. There will be plenty of at home action this year. The girls enjoy the games, but they get bored and tend to wander off. It's hard to keep track of them and the game.
Dancing with the Stars: Way to go Melissa and Shaun. I voted like a ton for Ty Murray, I thought he improved immensely and deserves more time. Though I think he wouldn't be heartbroken to go home, I've never seen anyone so uncomfortable and out of his element. He's just such a cutie pie. Poor Steve O., can't say the competition will miss him, We might miss Lacey though. I thought they were too hard on Julianne and Chuck, I didn't agree with the critique at all. Was it just me, or were they mean to the dancers who have potential, and nice to those who are struggling??? I don't like the Belinda chick at all, I would rather the Woz was saved this week than her.......hmmmmm
