Last week, I think it was Monday, or maybe Tuesday????? Oh well on one of the days in the week, I wrote the best post. I accidently posted it twice, so I tried to delete one of the days, and somehow I lost the whole post. It was a really good post to. In my defense I was getting the adult version of RSV. By Wednesday I knew I was sick, not just tired and on Thursday the Dr. confirmed dear son and I had Influenza A. I'm feeling better today, at least I can breathe. I stayed home church anyway. I didn't want to add to the epdemic going through town. When I was at the Dr. everyone was asking where the babies were???? I've been there so much this winter with them.I told them my baby may be big, but Jordan is still my baby. He just doesn't cry as much when the Dr. looks in his ears.
We did get to enjoy some time with Dear Daughter in law Emily, and dear granddaughters Darian and Bella. We took Bella to Sears in St. George and had her one year old pictures taken. She was so cute, I can't wait to get the pictures.
I thought she might not cooperate, but she just ate up the attention. She's allover the place now. Emily is really going to have her hands full when the new baby comes.
Two babies and a teenager, a husband going to school full time and working. When I was in Spanish Fork taking care of dear oldest daughter, Kimmy, Bella go in the kitchen drawer after taking everything out of course. We only looked away for a minute and there she was sitting in the drawer.
We had to take Kylee back to the Dr. on Wednesday. She just cried and cried all evening Tuesday, Wednesday morning she was a wreck. It so hard when they can't tell you whats wrong. She was in a lot of pain, her right ear was bulging with infection.
The Dr. thought he'd better give her a shot instead of oral medication. The shot goes in effect immediately, the oral meds can take 48 hours. I guess ear infection is a common side effect to RSV. Baby Mati got an ear infection also, fortunately it was caught on Monday before it got too bad.
Anyway, back to the shot. I'm supposed to spoil my grandkids, and send them home.
I am not supposed to hold them down to get a shot in the leg. But, I'm the full time grandma, and this means sometimes I have to be the bad guy. I had her head and hands and the other nurse took her legs. I didn't do a very good job with my end.
She got her hand out and grabbed the needle just as it was going in. The needle bent, and scratched her leg up to the thigh. Of course we still had to do the shot, with a new needle of course. So with her leg bleeding ,we still had to hold her down and get the shot in, and treat the scratch. None of this was going on in silence. They could hear Kylee in the waiting room. They had to think we were torturing her. I felt like we were. I didn't think Kyle would ever forgive me. She fell asleep on the way back from the hospital. She woke up when I was taking her out of the car. She smiled and gave me a love. I started to cry. We rocked for about an hour and ate M&M's and sang songs. M&M's are pretty good medicine.....
Tomorrow, I hope Kylee can help me figure out why I keep messing up the pictures on this blog. Kids are so much better at this than we old folks.

What a nightmare with all the sickness! I hope you are all feeling better. Addy has tonsilitis this week, so I kind of know how it all is with sick babies and such! I love reading your posts... I feel like you could honestly write for the newspaper!!
Sorry you and Kylee had to go through that!! I guess you never stop being a mom. I'm glad you're feeling better, though. We'll let you know tomorrow if we get to keep the car...
