Happy Birthday dear daughter !!!!!!!

Had a much better day today. I think its because I only had dear granddaughter Mati and we had two naps. It's a good day when I get two naps. We have a problem with Mati, she will only sleep when I lay down with her. When she's ready to go to sleep, she'll go right out. If I let her get too tired or she's not tired enough, she'll fight and cry. So, when I have her and Kylee I have to time the naps so they go down at the sametime. I mean I can't just leave Kylee alone while I lay down with Mati. Anyway nap times can be horrible.

Yesterday morning Kylee took what I call a Kindergarden nap. I was laying down with Mati and put her down in her crib. She was really quiet for an hour. When I did hear her I went in to check on her, which of course woke Mati up, Kylee had been having a good time. She had thrown her blankets and mattress out of the crib. She had managed to slide my closet door open
and reach the clothes. All my clothes were laying on the floor and in the crib. I'm in real trouble when she figures out how to climb out of the crib. She'll quietly be getting into everything. I'll have to figure out another place for her to take her nap. Kylee did end up taking a real nap at about 3:00, Mati also fell asleep for about an hour with me. I can't really fall asleep when I have both of them, one ear has to be open at all times for Kylee. Today Mati and I crashed.

Today is dear daughter #2's birthday. I can't believe it's been 26 years. I remember her birth so clearly. I also remember she didn't like naps. She spent a lot of time messing around in her room when she was supposed to be sleeping. Tori would go and go until she fell asleep in her tracks. By the time she was Kylee's age she was climbing over our 6 ft. backyard fence. I was younger then. Don't take this wrong dear daughter, but I'm glad after our Heavenly Father made you, he broke the mold. You have always been one of a kind. You have brought me a great deal of joy as I've watched you grow and mature. Just think twenty five years ago I was celebrating your first birthday. Tomorrow you'll be celebrating Matis !!!!! Happy Birthday Sweetheart!!!
