baseball day

It's supposed to be raining today.

But, instead its beautiful and clear.

I hope it stays that way, I've got a double header to attend.

It's my day off today.

I've accomplished quite a lot.

The bank, the drugstore,

Even gave my car a wash.

The dog got a bath, and a haircut too.

The bathroom's been scrubbed

The plants got watered, the laundry is done.

Did I mention that I slept in til' 9:30, I was

hoping for 10:00. But my conscience wouldn't let me

there was just to much to do.

I hope dear son has a good game, gets a good hit and

a few runs scored. He's playing second base, it's important he

play well.
