Those, are last years pictures!!

Jordan at second base. He's the JV second baseman, but usually

plays left field for Varsity.

Down and Dirty !!!!

That's one??

Okay, this was his first bat.

Strike 3!!!!

Okay, I'm going to brag a little on Jordan today. I've been waxing poetic the last couple of posts, so I'll try not to rhyme anything. Jordan did an amazing job yesterday. It was cold and Windy, but worth every minute. Jordan played all 7 innings for Varsity at second base. The coach was proud of how he stepped up and covered for the suspended player. They won 10-3. I didn't see him warming up his arm before the JV game so I thought maybe he wasn't going to pitch. But, sure enough he walked out on the mound and started throwing. I had all ready put my camera in the car, when I got a blanket, so I don't have any pictures of him on the mound. He pitched all five innings and they won 6-3. The defense backed him up, he only walked two players and didn't hit anybody with the ball. It was a great effort. This is his second start on the mound, last game he only lasted 2 1/2 innings. I thought his arm would be killing him, but its his ham string he's injured. He's gotta stretch better. I wish he was hitting the ball better. He looked at the pictures I took last night and criticized himself. I'll try to get some more shots tomorrow, I'll have the kids so it will be harder. I doubt he'll pitch two games in a row.

It's funny his cousin and brother thought he looked so grown up in last years pictures. It will be interesting to hear what they think of this years !!!
