email mess up

Beautiful Babies !!
Binky Babies!

Grandpa's boy !!

Cousin Dani, with baby James.

A father and son moment.

I was teaching Kimmy how to add links to her blog, and somehow changed my email address. So if you've been leaving comments the last couple of days they probably went to her email. Whoops. I still have so much to learn about this blogging stuff. I would love to add more family links. We have a family reunion coming up in May. I'm in charge of the news letter. I'm trying to bring everyone into the computer age. E-mail is so much easier than trying to take notes over the phone. If everyone started their own blog, we could start a family circle.

We had a pleasant weekend, despite everyone getting over the stomach flu. Kimmy and Cloyd made an impomptu trip down. Kimmy starts back to work next weekend, it will be harder for them to come down again for a long time. I won't see baby James again until I go up for the birth of Jeremy and Emily's baby girl. He'll be sitting up and rolling around by then. He's such a cute little pudge. I only had Mati on Saturday, I felt pretty yucky most of the day. Our dear neighbors gave us a gift certificate to a new restaurant (we shared our water with them for a couple of days, we didn't want anything for the water, but they got us a gift certificate anyway.)
We were going to go out to eat, but I was too sick. The next morning was worse. It finally passed yesterday afternoon. I was able to eat normally today.

Kimmy and I just hung out, while Cloyd studied. Cloyd is preparing for his final flight tests.
He's starting to see the beginning of the end. He'll have his private license by next week, if he can pass the written and oral tests. Tori and Matt made a dutch oven dinner last night. It was nice to hang out over there. Dinner was delicious. The weather was so nice yesterday. We just hung out in the yard all afternoon on the lawn and enjoyed the kids. Dear Son Jordan spent some of his Sunday, with the help of friends and brother in laws, getting his truck home from the hills. It was stuck there overnight, which is a long story. Jordan made it home by curfew, but the truck didn't. The truck is grounded.

Kylee and I had a good day today. We went to lunch at the new mexican restaurant, with our gift certificate. It was very good. After saying goodbye to Kimmy and Cloyd, Kylee and I explored downtown and went to the park. One bad thing did happen, I took the truck in for a physical after it's traumatic night out in the hills. Somewhere between here and there I lost the keys to my car. Along with the remote control lock. Getting Kylee in and out of the car was a major pain. The key lock is on the drivers side, her car seat is in the back passenger side. You have to turn the lock the wrong way twice to open all the doors..........Dear niece Katie, lost her keys a while back.....I can really sympathize. I think if they don't show up I'm spending the money on a new remote. Either that or I'm not locking the car anymore, which just isn't practical in this day and age.

haha... now you know how I feel! However, I found out that you can get keyless remote entries on Ebay.. it may be worth checking out! James is adorable, I wish I could've been there squeezing his little cheeks. It sounds like you've had quite a fun few days. I can't wait to hear the story about the truck!

Thanks Katie. But, I woke up at 4:30 this morning and remembered I was wearing a jacket when we went to the car repair, the keys were in the pocket. Poor Jerr had hunted everywhere for them. Whoops! These things happen when you get old, what can I say.
