I was hoping to be posting updated kitchen photos. Problem is there is no progress on the kitchen. Nope nothing, nada, not a thing. I was hoping they would be installing the counter tops today or tomorrow. They won't even be here until May 7. I' ve been pretty depressed about the whole thing. You know nausea, headache, not sleeping, total numbness. I try to make this blog an uplifting experience for my readers. But I have to take this opportunity to vent a little.So if you not in the mood to hear me whine you might want to skip the next few sentences.
I'm tired of not having a sink with running water and a garbage disposal. I want my dishwasher.I want real dishes not plastic ones. I want my oven. I want to bake muffins, and boil water. I'm tired of microwaved food and subway. I want to to clean up Jordan's room. (Thats where all the stuff that should be in the kitchen is being stored) I want my carport back. (Thats where all the big stuff that won't fit in Jordans room is being stored) I just want it all to be done. I want to brush my teeth before going to bed in my bathroom. I WANT MY KITCHEN BACK !!!!
To add to the stress , Tori and Mati, are moving in. I'm afraid I haven't been too much help. I'm kind of exhausted from all the kitchen whining and stuff. She's been doing a pretty good job of handling everything. She even went on a cleaning spree in the basement this morning. You know that linty, yucky stuff that builds up on your washer and dryer. She actually cleaned that off. She was saying something about cleaning baseboards. We may have to keep her here for awhile. I mean if it will get the baseboards cleaned. Plus, its kind of fun having Mati running around 24/7.
Does anyone know Ty Penningtons Phone #. If he can build a 4000 sq. ft. house in a week. It would be a snap to finish my kitchen by the weekend.

Feel free to whine- I don't blame you!! What a pain... I would offer this kitchen, move right in, but we've got hmmm.... 10 people here! Send Tori our love, we're thinking of her.. and good luck with the kitchen. (mmm, Subway sounds good!)
10 people? Lane, Katie, Addy, Sam, Mark, Dean, Liz, Amber, Oh is Alisa home from school??? And Michael (is that Liz's significant others name??) Okay you can whine too. Jerr did start putting the knobs on last night. We think a couple aren't even. Were trying to pretend that they are even so I won't be depressed about it. He also started screwing in the microwave brackets. He used the wrong screws,were trying to pretend that didn't happen too. If you tilt your head just right the knobs look just fine.
