Dear Niece Dani

This week has been pretty dramatic. Beside my Uncle Neldon dying, dear daughter #2 has decided to end her marriage. This has been awhile coming. She had hoped like so many that having a child would be enough to heal the problems and overcome the destructive habits. I can't and won't reveal all the issues here. That wouldn't be fair to dear daughter. But, she has moved in with us. We are shifting and squeezing and making room. I raised five kids in this house. It used to seem lots bigger. As they've moved out I've just spread my stuff out more, Its hard to get it all back in the box.

We had a great day in St. George yesterday. Maybe thats an odd way to describe going to a graveside service. But it was really wonderful. We had baby Mati with us. You can tell we hang out in graveyards a lot. Mati explored all the flowers and decorations. Dear niece "Dani" helped a lot, changing pants and chasing her around. Thank you dear Dani. I did pretty good emotionally until the whole flag folding and taps things. Military funerals are so touching and cool. I read somewhere that were actually running out of World War II veterans. One more was layed to rest on Saturday. These veterans were trully heros, The World owes them so much gratitude.
